I developed an app and added the necessary information.
However, users cannot log in through the app.

I can log in without any issues via computer, tablet, or phone browsers.
But logging in through the app doesn’t work.

What could be the issue, and how can I resolve it?
When I enter the username and password and click 'Log in,' the password field gets cleared, and no login occurs.

I’ve never encountered such an issue before.
