Uploading files is not work

Hello Support Team,

I have created an application on median.co, and previously, I was able to upload files without any issues. However, in my latest application, the file upload feature is not working. The application runs perfectly on a normal browser, but when deployed on median.co, the upload function does not work.

This issue did not exist before, and my previous applications on your platform supported file uploads. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue? Is there a recent update or a configuration change affecting file uploads?
