Issue with file upload – Incorrect "video.mp4" file created

Hi,

I’m encountering an issue with my Median-built app. When I select a file to upload, instead of uploading the chosen file, a ".mp4" file is created, which doesn’t actually exist. I’m unsure of the cause of this behavior.
This happens on both iOs and android simulator (even real android device).

I’ve checked the code and permissions, but I haven’t been able to resolve the issue. Could you provide any suggestions on how to fix this behavior and ensure that the selected file is uploaded correctly?
