Can't download source code

After saving changes in app I'm going to Private Management page and there is no possibility to download any data - source for android/ios, APK and AAB. All buttons are inactive.

in Legacy Private Management url - the same.

Also after saving App I'm not received email 'Your app is ready' as it was before.
