HOW TO RUN MY APP ON AN IPHONE AND ANDROID

I am new to App Development and have ZERO Coding experience. Of all the Online No Code Apps I've tried yours is hands down the best. I've created an App based on my Website in both IOS and Android using your site. I've downloaded all of the files for both. How can I test the app on an Iphone and Android?
