App Publishing Information not saving after write and save

Hello, I bought the $700 pack so that the GoNative team could take care of publishing my app on apple and android and then onesignal, but after having filled in the information requested 5 times in the " Services" for the "App Publishing Information" part, this always resets.
I fill in all the info, I save well and if I close the page and open it again to review the information, I realize that everything is empty.
Yesterday I sent all the information on this page to GoNative support.
