License to app and push notifications not active

Hello,

We published an app from our WP website last year but it is no longer showing on the Apple Store - that I think I can resolve myself. But when I go to the new Median website to update the app, it looks like I need to pay for a new license and for push notifications. I understood that those were one-time licenses.

The app is based on bc.supportlocalcanada.com.

Please help me resolve this so our app can be updated.
