App updat required page at App start

Hi? I made an app using the free plan. Then I upgrade the plan (Professional Self Publishing Plan). Now the App local testing shows "App Update Required" shows up at the start of the App. It also shows that "The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of iOS." How can I fix it?
