Package name change for free apps

Hi, is it possible to change a package name for my FREE app on Median?
And could you maybe attach a screenshot to showcase how big the branding for a free app on the launcher is?
Furthermore I wanted to ask if it's possible to download the binary and change package names there and publish it locally? Is that allowed?
