Kingsley is Median's CEO. He is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company, and our overall strategy and roadmap. In his role he also oversees delivery of services to our enterprise and agency clients who are using Median to deliver apps for millions of end users.
Kingsley enjoys solving challenging problems with the Median team and our clients, and continuing to grow and improve our offerings. Kingsley has had a wide range of experience prior to joining Median: he is a registered professional engineer in Canada, and has worked in management consulting and private equity internationally.
Weiyin is a co-founder, and as Median's CTO he oversees the development process, establishes code standards and processes, and designs the technology architecture. Since teaching himself C from a book with his first 486 PC, Weiyin has been passionate about the entire technology stack, from electrical circuits and CPU design to network architecture. Before starting Median, Weiyin worked in finance at Goldman Sachs and Blackstone.
In his free time, Weiyin enjoys running, biking, and building gadgets with microcontrollers and IoT chips. He has a Bachelors in Mathematics from Princeton.
John is a co-founder and the Chief Product Officer of Median. He helps drive the strategy priorities for the company, and ensures that our growing team has the resources it needs to deliver a great product and exceptional value to our customers.
Prior to Median, John started his career in finance at Blackstone in New York. He is a graduate of Princeton University with a degree in math, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. When not working, he enjoys getting outside with his family in Seattle.
Sam is a senior content leader with over a decade of experience building compelling content machines for people, private companies, and nonprofits – from the ground up. No matter the topic or industry or medium, she believes high-quality, audience-first content benefits us all.
Sam is an educator at the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies where she leads copywriting, digital storytelling, and social strategy courses. She is also a National Magazine Award nominee, with credits in the Canadian Encyclopedia, Oxford Journals, and the Routledge Encyclopedia of Modernism. She enjoys puns.
Hunaid first joined us in 2019 as a senior developer, and now works in core engineering design, where he creates and improves infrastructure, and oversees the development of other Median projects.
Before joining us, he earned a Bachelor in Software Engineering from University of the Punjab in Pakistan, and has previously worked as software developer in various product-first companies. He spends most of his free time with his family, and occasionally plays a match of his favorite online game.
Patrick leads Median's Sales Team and strategic initiatives. He has a decade of sales experience successfully creating outbound tactics, selling innovative B2B solutions, and streamlining seamless purchasing journeys for customers. Patrick is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and volunteers as a foster parent for the Toronto Humane Society, where he offers temporary shelter to animals in need and assists with finding them suitable forever homes.
As the head of Customer Success at Median, Eamonn acts as the main channel of communication for both new and prospective clients. He also creates educational content that helps them build only the highest quality, feature-rich apps. Eamonn is driven to help clients fully understand our products and services, and assist them on their onboarding journey.
Before joining Median, he graduated from both the University of Guelph and McGill University, has worked in the non-profit space, and has even guided canoe trips in Northern Canada.
As a Software Engineer at Median, Abudullah designs, develops, and maintains databases, server-side logic, and APIs to ensure our scalable, high-performing backend system. Working closely with our front-end developers, he helps guarantee a seamless experience for clients using the Median App Studio.
Abdullah earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer) from Memorial University. Before joining Median first as a Software Engineering intern, he gained valuable customer-facing experience working in client services, providing them with computer-related technical support and guidance.
Tyler is a motivated individual with a background in computer engineering. Thriving on knowledge and positivity, he’s constantly seeking challenges to expand his skill sets. As an Account Executive, he excels in partner relationship management, and helping customers drive business success leveraging Median. Tyler also hosts a podcast which aims to empower others to pursue their passions and develop meaningful careers.
Jefrey is our trusty front-end web developer: he champions the process of developing reusable code for new user-facing features and enhancements for the Median App Studio.
Before joining the team, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman (2020), and also gained considerable experience working in the field as a UI/UIX designer.
When he’s not coding, he enjoys spending his free time traveling with his camera.
Zach is an Android Developer working mostly on the core GoNative application. Studying and integrating SDK and APIs are part of his day-to-day life, aside from implementing modules and features for the Android app.
In addition to being a graduate of the University of the Philippines Manila, he has 8+ years of experience managing and developing web and mobile applications, mostly in fintech. As a remote Software Engineer, he found a new interest in traveling, and eventually started collecting cacti as a new personal hobby.
Kevin is an iOS and web developer who wears a lot of hats at Median: he’s charged with core iOS updates, the integration of Median plugins to the iOS app, fixing bugs, and implementing new features for the app-builder website.
Pre-Median, Kevin earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman, and has developed and published games and web and mobile applications. In his free time, Kevin will most likely be playing online chess, creating mobile games, or playing his guitar.
Anuj joined Median in 2021 as a Software Engineering Intern as part of the Computer Engineering Co-op program at Memorial University. Since then, he has been a hands-on project manager, supporting in our core application, adding new features to our website, and developing and managing some of our native plugins.
Before joining Median, Anuj freelanced as a web developer during his high school days in India. Now, as an engineering student, he enjoys his free time by playing table tennis with his campus peers.
Nicolas has been working at Median.co since September 2023 as a software engineering intern, and works on adding features to the website, fixing bugs, and anything else to ensure the best possible user experience.
Nicolas is a computer engineering student at Memorial University, and outside of academics he enjoys kickboxing twice a week. He has also been the elected MUNSU engineering representative for the last two years, communicating students' concerns to the wider university community.
Jes is an experienced product marketing and branding professional. She has established and scaled brand at multiple B2B software companies, and has helped develop brand as a strategic growth function.
Jes is an avid traveler and volunteers internationally to assist sea turtle conservation.
Max brings more than 10 years of mobile app management and publishing experience across many industries and verticals to Median. He helps clients with getting their apps approved by Apple and Google and the whole publishing process and pipeline.
He holds a bachelor in Sociology and Political Sciences from the Catholic University in Eichstaett/Ingolstadt in Germany and a MBA from the HS Wismar.
Thomas is an Advisor to the Median team for Sales. Thomas has successfully built and scaled mass market B2C and B2B sales teams in American renewable energy, Canadian residential real estate, and global SaaS HR Tech spaces.
Thomas also volunteers as a mentor for the Women In Tech Sales Bootcamp, as a Subject Matter Advisor (Sales) for Communitech's Future of Health program, and as a Director of the Wilfrid Laurier University Alumni Association.
