Branding Overview
The first step in configuring your app is to add an app icon and splash screen, and to select theme colors aligned with your organization's visual identity.
Mobile apps are a direct reflection of your brand and a cohesive mobile app branding strategy can drive brand recognition and user experience and retention. This section of the documentation focusses on the different branding options for your app.
App Icon
Your app icon is the first interaction users have with your brand. Itβs the visual representation of your app and sets the tone for user expectations. Icons are commonly used in App Store assets, the user's home screen, and the settings and permissions management on your user's device.

Splash Screens
Slash screen are shown when a user launches your app from the home screen or switches back to it from a backgrounded state. Median supports static as well as animated splash screens and further allows customization based on the users device setting (light and dark mode)

Theme Colors

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I create a white-label app without any Median branding?
Of course! All apps created using Median can and should be customized with your own branding before being published. You can replace the app icon and app splash screen with your own images, and customize all user interface colors to align with your brand identity.
